The event began with participant registration and a welcome speech by the FAST project beneficiary. Following this, expert Barbar Surdykowska from ISP, Poland, presented an overview of the project’s steps and a vision for the future.

After a break, Dr. Agnieszka Zwolińska from the University of Warsaw addressed the challenges of the dual transition for the world of work, including the right to disconnect, algorithmic management, and artificial intelligence.

The event concluded with a Q&A session and follow-up to address participants’ questions.
