TRANSFER
Aims to strengthen social dialogue across the European civil aviation sector by transferring proven Air Traffic Management (ATM) practices to air crew and ground handling. Supported by partners from Italy, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, and Montenegro, it focuses on capacity building, national assessments, and transnational cooperation.
SEED
Enhances the operational effectiveness of European Works Councils (EWCs) in preventing and resolving workplace disputes during the green and digital transitions. Covering Poland, Spain, Lithuania, Italy, and Ukraine, the project delivers needs analyses, roundtables, and an interactive virtual training tool.
TRANSFAIR
Fosters a fair and inclusive green transition within the European transport sector by empowering trade unions and employers. Bringing together expertise from Italy, Poland, Bulgaria, Montenegro, and Spain, it creates capacity-building programs, national roadmaps, and a dedicated e-learning platform.
