TRANSFER – TuRning the Atm sector iNto a SuccesFul Example of Replicable social dialogue practices
The TRANSFER project aims to strengthen social dialogue in the European civil aviation sector by transferring successful practices from Air Traffic Management (ATM) to other key areas such as air crew and ground handling. It promotes a country-level assessment of challenges and opportunities, while also encouraging transnational exchange between trade unions and employers. With a consortium of partners from Italy, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, and Montenegro—supported by CESI and ATCEUC—the project focuses on building capacity, developing practical recommendations, and contributing to the work of the European Sectorial Social Dialogue Committee for Civil Aviation. Ultimately, TRANSFER seeks to improve cooperation, communication, and social dialogue outcomes at both national and EU levels across the civil aviation industry.
