SEED – Strengthening the operational effectiveness of EWCs in developing and implementing strategies for dispute prevention and resolution between workers and central management at multinational corporations<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

The SEED project aims to strengthen the role of European Works Councils (EWCs) in managing crises and preventing conflicts, especially in the context of the twin transition\u2014green and digital transformation\u2014driven by the European Green Deal. These transitions deeply impact how companies operate and how workers engage with change, often leading to tension between multinational company management and employee representatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SEED focuses on building the capacity of EWCs to respond effectively to these challenges by promoting meaningful worker participation and balanced social dialogue. The project supports employers and employees alike, helping to improve cooperation, prevent disputes, and adapt to the evolving world of work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key activities include needs analysis, round-table discussions, and the development of an online training tool with a virtual trainer. The project is implemented across Poland, Spain, Lithuania, Italy, and Ukraine, ensuring a wide-reaching and lasting impact across Europe.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
